The household of Alireza Akbari, a British-Iranian twin nationwide sentenced to loss of life in Iran, have mentioned authorities are making ready to execute him.
Mr Akbari, an ex-deputy Iranian defence minister, was arrested in 2019 and convicted of spying for the UK.
He has denied these claims, and mentioned he was tortured and compelled to admit on digicam to crimes he didn’t commit.
The UK has urged Iran to halt the deliberate execution and instantly launch Mr Akbari, nonetheless Iran’s authorities doesn’t recognise twin nationality for Iranians.
