US President Donald Trump says he is written to Iranian Supreme Chief Ali Khamenei, requesting new talks on Tehran’s nuclear programme, seven years after withdrawing the US from the 2016 deal.
Iranian overseas minister Abbas Araghchi says it is unlikely Tehran will settle for the invitation, because of the Trump administration’s most stress method to worldwide diplomacy.
