The chief prosecutor of the Worldwide Prison Courtroom (ICC) stated he’s in search of an arrest warrant for Myanmar’s army chief, Min Aung Hlaing, for crimes towards humanity over the alleged persecution of the Rohingya. The announcement was recorded November 21 and launched Wednesday.
