Pennsylvania authorities have arrested a Harrisburg man they are saying broke into Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro’s residence and set it on hearth. Cody Balmer turned himself in to police and is being held on prices of tried homicide, terrorism and different prices in reference to the hearth. No accidents have been reported.
