Bulldozers, invented 100 years in the past, have been used the world over to construct properties, places of work, roads and different infrastructures.
However in recent times, many say, they’ve turn out to be a weapon within the fingers of India’s Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Celebration (BJP) authorities to destroy properties and livelihoods of the minority Muslim group.
BJP leaders have defended their actions, saying “nothing is finished in opposition to the legislation” – however critics say they “are bulldozing over the very spirit of the legislation”.
