POTSDAM — Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley will host a sequence of month-to-month workshops known as Exploring Spirituality.
The workshops will present an area for studying and connection. The primary thought-provoking session will characteristic energetic dialogue about Buddhist teachings, philosophy and meditation strategies.
