Larger gasoline and meals costs are making shoppers much less assured says Dana Peterson, chief economist for The Convention Board. The Convention Board’s index fell to 106.1 this month from 114 in July, information out Tuesday confirmed. Peterson speaks on “Bloomberg Markets.”
