Guinea has declared navy ruler Mamady Dumbuya the winner of Sunday’s presidential election.
He seized energy in a 2021 coup.
Provisional outcomes say Dumbuya received in a landslide, receiving almost 87 p.c of the vote.
Opponents have known as the election a sham.
