Titled “Navigating Our Future: Balancing Conventional Values and Sustainable Growth,” the 2025 VNR outlines FSM’s progress, challenges, and acceleration methods for reaching the Sustainable Growth Targets (SDGs). The report highlights how FSM is integrating cultural id, group resilience, and innovation into its nationwide growth agenda, whereas confronting the distinctive vulnerabilities of Small Island Growing States (SIDS).
