French President Emmanuel Macron warned that the European Union may die if it didn’t enhance its competitiveness with China and the US. “We’re over-regulating and under-investing. Within the two to a few years to return, if we observe our classical agenda we might be out of the market,” he advised on a panel moderated by Bloomberg’s Stephanie Flanders on the Berlin International Dialogue.
