The Division of Homeland Safety claimed that Indian truck driver Harjinder Singh whose flawed U-turn took three lives in Florida was given a piece allow by the Joe Biden administration — amid an intense debate over who allowed to let Singh to enter the US and who allowed him to work and get a driver’s license. In line with data, Harjinder Singh entered the US illegally in 2018 and was arrested by the Border Police two days after he entered. He was launched on a $5,000 bond after he stated he was scared to return to India. His immigration standing has remained pending since then. Harjinder Singh was driving a semi truck on August 12 on when he took a U-turn which was flawed and it resulted in an accident involving a mini van. Two passengers, a 37-year-old girl from Pompano Seashore and a 54-year-old man from Miami, died on the scene. The driving force, a 30-year-old man from Florida Metropolis, later died at a hospital. Singh and his co-passenger weren’t harm. Singh was arrested and charged with vehicular murder.The row began with the video of the truck going viral because it was evident that Singh and his co-passenger had been immigrants.
