Flights at Copenhagen Airport had been suspended for a number of hours on Monday night time following sightings of “2-3 massive drones”.
The Danish airport, the biggest in Scandinavia, mentioned on Monday night time that “unidentified drones” had grounded outgoing flights.
Others had been compelled to divert to close by airports.
Native media confirmed a major police presence within the space.
Operations had been halted at 8.26pm native time (7.26pm UK time), in accordance with FlightRadar.
The flight monitoring web site confirmed about 35 flights had been diverted. Flights have now resumed.
In the meantime, a separate drone incident happened the identical night at Oslo‘s airport, forcing all site visitors to maneuver to at least one runway, in accordance with Norwegian broadcaster NRK.
Site visitors has now returned to regular. It’s unclear who was chargeable for the incident.
