Hurricane Fiona is threatening extra lethal flooding because it slams the Turks and Caicos islands, having devastated Puerto Rico – chopping energy and water service for many of its 3.1 million residents – and leaving greater than 1 million with out operating water within the Dominican Republic. #CNN #Information
