The combating in Ukraine has been step by step slowing down, and is prone to proceed doing so over the winter months, US intelligence says.
Combating had eased following Russia’s withdrawal of troops from the west of the Kherson area final month, US director of intelligence Avril Haines mentioned.
She added each Ukraine and Russian militaries could be seeking to put together for any counter-offensive after the winter.
The struggle in Ukraine is now in its ninth month, however Russia has misplaced greater than half the land it seized.
