The UK’s Prime Minister is accusing Russian President Vladimir Putin of deliberately delaying a 30-day ceasefire proposal with Ukraine.
In a digital assembly with European leaders, Keir Starmer stated a so-called “coalition of the prepared” will draw up plans to assist safe Ukraine.
That is if a peace deal is reached with Russia.
