A neighborhood first responder has been praised for “nearly definitely saving the life” of a person in his village by attending a 999 name about chest pains as he neared the top of his shift.
Vounteer Phil Fuller had pushed spherical to evaluate Robert McWilliams, 75, when the affected person went into cardiac arrest at dwelling in Hullbridge, close to South Woodham Ferrers.
