Elon Musk is being sued by Tesla shareholders arguing he manipulated the agency’s share worth.
The case centres on tweets from 2018, saying that he would take Tesla non-public. US regulators eliminated Mr Musk as Tesla chairman due to the posts.
Nonetheless, the Tesla CEO argued he believed that he had secured funding from Saudi Arabia’s Funding Fund, and didn’t commit securities fraud.
Mr Musk stated he can’t get a good trial in San Francisco.
He needed the trial to happen in Texas – the place he has moved Tesla’s headquarters – however that was rejected and a jury has been chosen.
