The japanese Democratic Republic of Congo is going through turmoil because the M23 insurgent group seizes territory, together with the strategic city of Sake, 20 kilometers from Goma. The fighters have already surrounded Goma, a key provincial capital. Greater than two million individuals have been pressured to flee their properties amidst the battle. The Congolese military continues to lose floor, elevating fears of additional displacement and instability.
