Dr Rajendra Kakde, Professor at Publish-Graduate Division of Pharmacy, has taken over the cost of Professional-Vice Chancellor of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur College (RTMNU). Dr Rajendra Kakde has labored as Advisor to All India Council for Techncial Schooling (AICTE) Chairman.
After the demise of Dr Subhash Chaudhary, Vice-Chancellor of RTMNU, Dr Sanjay Dudhe, the then Professional-Vice Chancellor needed to demit the workplace. Chancellor had given the cost of Vice-Chancellor to Dr Prashant Bokare. As per new model of Public Universites Act 2016, Vice-Chancellor can appoint his or her deputy. Accordingly, Dr Bokare has given the cost of Professional-VC to Dr Rajendra Kakde.
Dr Kakde has confirmed his skill as administrator when he labored as Advisor to AICTE Chairman. Dr Kakde dealt with numerous essential tasks and issues while at AICTE.
He contributed rather a lot by way of introducing essential modifications in technical training at par with Nationwide Schooling Coverage 2020. Throughout his tenure as Advisor to AICTE Chairman, Dr Kakde was a part of core committee that formed nation’s technical training.
