Two military colonels have been arrested within the Democratic Republic of Congo, following the killing of greater than 46 folks.
The demonstrators had been shot throughout a navy crackdown within the jap metropolis of Goma.
The group had been protesting in opposition to a UN peacekeeping mission there which they are saying has didn’t sort out armed teams.
A authorities delegation is within the metropolis to research the killings.
