DR Congo: 11 Killed, 65 Injured as Twin Blasts Rock M23 Rally in Bukavu | Firstpost Africa
At the very least 11 individuals have been killed and 65 injured after twin blasts rocked town of Bukavu within the nation’s east. The blasts happened when Rwanda-backed m23 rebels who’ve captured Bukavu, have been holding their first rally within the metropolis. There have been 1000’s reportedly current on the rally when the explosion struck. It induced panic, and other people began fleeing, solely earlier than a second explosion occurred. Insurgent chief Corneille Nangaa addressed the rally. He has blamed the blasts on DRC President Felix Tshisekedi.
