Ukraine and Russsia are accusing one another of blowing up a significant dam , sparking warnings of extreme flooding in Russian managed territory downstream within the area of Kherson.
Water ranges have risen by 10 metres within the space.
The dam is on the Dnipro river within the Moscow-held area of Kherson.
Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is holding an emergency cupboard assembly.
Persons are being evacuated from surrounding villages.
Ukraine’s army blames Russia for the injury.
However Moscow-appointed officers say the dam was hit by Ukrainian shelling.
