The DeVos Institute World Govt Fellowship is a three-year, fully-subsidized program for arts and tradition executives. The Institute invitations functions for the 2026-2028 cohort from leaders of arts and tradition non-profits worldwide by November 6, 2025.
Led by DeVos Institute Chairman Michael M. Kaiser and President Brett Egan, the high-intensity program gives coaching and steerage in strategic planning, management, fundraising, advertising, board governance, human assets, and monetary planning coupled with peer studying, networking, and time for private reflection. It’s designed as each a catalyst for leaders at important factors of their careers, in addition to a high-touch, long-term funding in a era of leaders who will assist each other, and their fields of service, for a lifetime. Based in 2001, the Fellowship community has over 250 alumni round the USA and in over 50 nations.
People interact within the Fellowship at a degree of profession inflection when they’re well-positioned to make a major funding of their work. It serves CEOs, Govt Administrators, Normal Managers, and related who’ve strategic obligations throughout all core capabilities of their group.
Fellows attend a four-week residency in July/Early August for 3 consecutive years and have interaction in actions between residencies.
