Lecturers’ organisations condemn assault
Lecturers’ organisations, together with the Democratic Lecturers Entrance (DTF), condemned the assault on the BR Ambedkar Faculty college member. Delhi College Vice-Chancellor urged motion towards these concerned.
The DTF acknowledged that each one members of the school’s disciplinary committee resigned, citing their lack of ability to carry out duties and keep order with out safety from pupil interference.
ABVP defended Jha, claiming the trainer misbehaved with college students and acted with political bias. The group demanded a disciplinary inquiry into the trainer and criticised the police for inaction. A number of teachers criticised ABVP for shifting focus to the trainer’s conduct.
