    Within the Spring of 2025, Dr. Kelly Suero, Chair of World Languages and Cultures (WLC), collaborated with Chris Stagl, Affiliate Chair of Artwork & Design and the scholars in Stagl’s Design Studio class to deliver a much-needed facelift to the second flooring of Wright Corridor.

    “Our student-made designs have introduced new power and coloration to the division, creating a spot the place college students really feel at residence and impressed,” Dr. Suero mentioned. “Studying one other language unlocks alternatives in careers, journey, and human connection, and we hope this inviting ambiance sparks extra college students to begin that journey with us.”

    Suero believes it’s crucial to set the tone early with potential college students being recruited who could also be visiting the division by having sturdy, artistic visuals on show.
