    Waterways Leisure Tourism Limited, the operator of Cordelia Cruises, has filed its Draft Crimson Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an Preliminary Public Providing (IPO) to boost INR 727 crore.
