    The United Nations local weather summit has kicked off in Azerbaijan. This 12 months’s talks are centered on local weather funding to assist growing nations battle the local weather disaster. Papua New Guinea has withdrawn from the occasion to protest ‘the large nations’ lack of assist for victims of local weather change.’ Al Jazeera’s Nick Clark is reporting from COP29.
