Colette Aguerre is Maître de conférences des Universités (MCU), habilitée à Diriger des Recherches (HDR) in medical psychopathology at College of Excursions, and holds a doctorate in medical psychopathology. She is a full member of the EE 1901 “High quality of Life and Psychological Well being ” analysis laboratory in Excursions(QualiPsy), and is accountable for instructing the “Optimistic Psychology: Well being, Properly-being and High quality of Life” College Diploma (DU). Colette Aguerre can be vice-president of Affiliation française et francophone de Psychologie Optimistic (AffPP), a medical psychologist (cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based and body-mediated, integrative and optimistic method) and psychotherapist (notably skilled within the self-compassion practices taught in Compassion Centered Remedy, and the MBCL and MSC applications). She co-created the Atelier Bien-être et Coping envers la Douleur chronique (ABCD psycho-educational program), which in 2010 acquired the “Innovation ” prize awarded by the Roche Basis (in response to its 2010 name for initiatives “Initiatives for higher dwelling with continual sickness”).
