MADISON, Miss. (WLBT) – The Metropolis of Madison, in partnership with Bellamare Growth, is saying “a transformative arts and leisure district designed to raise the standard of life for residents and households throughout Madison County.”
Situated off Galleria Parkway, The Gallery can be a privately funded, mixed-use vacation spot that’s stated to mix leisure, eating, retail, and workplace area in a thoughtfully designed group area.
“From household actions to native enterprise alternatives, The Gallery is a long-awaited response to what Madison households have been asking for,” a press launch stated.
As a part of The Gallery improvement, Royal Avenue will function French-inspired walkable structure, lined with native eating places, boutique retail, and upstairs workplace area.
Groundbreaking is anticipated by fall of 2025, with development starting shortly after.
The undertaking is privately funded, with no taxpayer {dollars} getting used.
