POOR CONDITIONS: Chiclana strays moved to Velez-Malaga

All the canines within the Chiclana (Cadiz) pound have been moved to an animal rescue centre in Velez-Malaga.
The 24 canines and 6 cats had been previously sorted on the Bahia de Cadiz centre run by Athisa, the corporate underneath contract to handle the Chiclana shelter.
