Ministers from all EU states are engaged on the way to cope with the tens of hundreds of individuals in search of a greater life within the bloc.
However discovering a consensus amongst all 27 members will not be straightforward.
Again in 2015 – Europe tried to discover a lasting resolution to the thousands and thousands of individuals crowding at its borders due to the civil battle in Syria.
An issue left unresolved led Turkey to loosen up its borders, opening the gates onto Europe’s doorstep.
So what are the challenges?
And may they attain a stability that works for these making the often-hazardous journey to Europe?
