It is described as a monumental political achievement.
For years, a ceasefire deal between the federal government in Colombia and the final remaining insurgent group there failed to stay.
That is now modified following long-running negotiations.
The federal government settlement is with the Nationwide Liberation Military or ELN.
President Gustavo Petro says its a part of his election promise in the direction of what he calls ‘Complete Peace’.
However critics are sceptical and mutual distrust stays.
So will cessation of hostilities this time finally result in a peace deal?
And what does it imply for communities in areas managed by rebels?
