BROOKVILLE, Pa. (WOIO) – A Brook Park man is charged with intercourse crimes after police say he traveled out-of-state to satisfy a 15-year-old woman.
Brookville Police Chief Vince Markle mentioned officers arrested Vincent Hutter, 67, Monday morning in Pennsylvania.
Courtroom information present he’s charged with tried statutory sexual assault, tried involuntary deviate sexual activity, tried incident assault, drug possession and prison communications.
A prison criticism alleges Hutter “organized to satisfy a 15-year-old woman to have sexual relations.”
The criticism additionally states he confirmed as much as the assembly with marijuana.
Courtroom information present Hutter posted bail Tuesday. He’s due again in courtroom later this month for a preliminary listening to.
