An 11-year-old woman from a British household was shot lifeless whereas enjoying on a swing in her backyard in France.
A neighbour started firing photographs at Solaine Thornton and her eight-year-old sister as their dad and mom tended the barbecue within the village of Saint-Herbot, north of Quimper in Brittany.
The suspect, described as a 71-year-old Dutch nationwide, reportedly shut himself in his home following the incident however ultimately surrendered to police and was arrested alongside along with his spouse.
