    A BRIT going through the demise penalty accused of a £300,000 coke smuggling plot was all smiles as he confronted a courtroom in Bali.

    And Phineas Float informed journalists to “f**okay off”, as he was led to face drug trafficking costs.

    Float, 31, arrived in a prison van at Denpasar Central Court in Bali together with his wrists shackled and carrying an orange prison vest.

    He hurled abuse on the press whereas being walked to a holding cell.

    In February, Float laughed and mugged for the cameras when Indonesian police paraded him and two different Brits earlier than the media following their arrests.

    He and his Brit co-accused, Jon Collyer 37 and Lisa Stocker, 39, each of Gillingham, Kent, are charged with trying to smuggle cocaine with a worth of £300,000 and disguised as Angel Delights into Bali on February 1.

    Stocker and Collyer allegedly introduced the drugs into Bali’s Ngurah Rai worldwide airport through Doha airport in Qatar.

    The pair was arrested on the airport when safety officers found suspicious objects of their suitcase throughout a random x-ray.

    Police declare that airport safety seized 994.56g of cocaine in a sealed blue plastic Angel Delight packets in Collyer’s suitcase.

    Cops allege that extra cocaine was present in Stocker’s bag.

    Float was anticipated to satisfy Collyer and Stocker on the airport.

    Collyer and Stocker are being tried collectively and Float individually, though the trio appeared collectively in Denpasar central court as we speak.

    White sitting contained in the courtroom, Float joked and smiled at Collyer whereas Stocker was visibly upset.

    The three Brits face demise by firing squad if they’re discovered responsible of the offence underneath Indonesia’s powerful anti-drug legal guidelines.

    The future of the trio might be determined by three judges, since Indonesia doesn’t have a jury system.

    Article 113 of Indonesia narcotics regulation states that anybody who imports or distributes is topic to the demise penalty.

    The three have been held in Bali’s infamous Kerobokan jail and it has been reported that Float has gotten into fights with different inmates.

    Jail authorities threatened him with being thrown into the dreaded “rat cell” isolation over an alleged current brawl with one other inmate.
