Police in Brazil have raided the house of former President Jair Bolsonaro as a part of an investigation into falsified COVID-19 vaccination paperwork.
In a press release on Wednesday, federal police stated they performed 16 raids in Rio de Janeiro and the capital, Brasilia, focusing on a “felony community” believed to have “inserted false COVID-19 vaccination info into public well being techniques”.
The assertion didn’t identify Bolsonaro particularly.
Police stated the false vaccination certificates, which occurred between November 2021 and December of final yr, “resulted within the alteration of the true COVID-19 vaccination standing of the people in query”.
