
A two-year-old boy has died and a person is severely injured after a crash in a carpark in Kent, police have mentioned.
Officers mentioned they had been referred to as to the junction of Harbour Avenue and Cromwell Street, Whitstable, at 20:24 BST on Saturday, after a crash involving a automobile and a number of pedestrians.
