Sandpoint Information-Bulletin
and Sandpoint Bee
July 8, 1975 — NEW PUBLISHER
Pete Thompson, proprietor of Pend Oreille Printers, Inc., and the writer of the Each day Bee, has begun publishing the Sandpoint Information-Bulletin with over 25 years of expertise within the newspaper enterprise. Thompson and his spouse, Adell, moved to Sandpoint from New Rockford, N.D. in Could 1961. In 1965, he included Pend Oreille Printers. In June 1966, he revealed the primary version of the Bee Hive, which in 1969 turned the Each day Bee. Thompson stated the Information-Bulletin and the Each day Bee will proceed to serve the folks and companies of Bonner County.

Each the Cedar avenue and Bridge avenue bridges have been freshened up for the Fourth with white paint.
Kenneth Evans of Dover was the fortunate one who was awarded the gorgeous state chook and flower quilt made by the Ponderay Birthday membership. The prize was introduced through the boat races Tuesday. Half the proceeds are earmarked for the hospital fund.
Jamie Dean Hiatt and Mr. and Mrs. Don Hiatt and youngsters of Dallas, Ore., visited with buddies and kin right here over the vacation.
Robert Crockett, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Crockett, celebrated his seventh birthday with a celebration for his buddies. Company have been: Micky, Kevin and Mary Ann [sic] Brown, Ralph Delamarter, Johnny and Sharon O’Donnell, Timmy Callahan, Sally Crockett and Larry and Johnny Greef.
PFC. Darrell Walson concluded a 15-day go away together with his household at Dover and returned Monday to the Davis-Monthan air pressure base at Tucson, Ariz.

N.P. DRAW OPENED THURSDAY
Bridge foreman Dan Rebber and his crew opened the Northern Pacific draw span within the railroad trestle over Lake Pend Oreille for the primary time in two years Thursday to permit passage of a seaplane hangar belonging to Glenn Bandelin and Don Kramer.
