Foot-tapping insanity arising as The Blue Stompers Bounce Evaluate returns to the Clarence Jazz Membership on Friday, March 21, for an evening of soul-stirring blues and boogie-woogie.
This multinational band, a pillar of the Costa del Sol music scene, will take the stage at 10pm, promising an electrifying mixture of Afro-American blues, Forties New Orleans jazz, and uncooked R&B.
Fashioned in 2014, The Blue Stompers characteristic London-born frontman Paul Stylianou on vocals and harmonica, Finnish bassist Markus Duus, and Fuengirola’s personal guitar legend Víctor ‘Elmore’ Sánchez. Their sound – a reverberating mix of northern European precision and Mediterranean aptitude, has earned them a loyal following. Recent off their newest EP By no means Give Up!, the band is about to ship classics and originals with their signature rhythmic energy.
