United States President Joe Biden has mentioned that Washington and NATO had no involvement in an armed rebellion towards the Kremlin incited by Yevgeny Prigozhin, chief of the Wagner Group of mercenaries.
Talking on Monday, Biden mentioned he has spoken with “key allies” within the wake of the occasions. They agreed it was essential to provide Russian President Vladimir Putin “no excuse responsible this on the West”.
