Russian forces have used artillery to repel a cross-border incursion by a gaggle of pro-Ukrainian “saboteurs”, Interfax information company reported, citing Russia’s defence ministry.
Moscow mentioned its forces had damaged up the group, driving its fighters again into Ukraine.
Earlier on Sunday, the teams introduced they’d launch two captured Russian troopers in trade for a gathering with the governor.
Earlier, the governor of Belgorod, a Russian area bordering Ukraine, had reported combating within the border city of Novaya Tavolzhanka.
The fighters are believed to be a part of the Liberty of Russia Legion and Russian Volunteer Corps.
