SINGAPORE: Australian Minister for Communications Anika Wells stated on Thursday (Sep 25) that she has requested to talk with Singtel in Australia subsequent week over its subsidiary Optus’ network outage.
The outage has been linked with several deaths, with some prospects unable to achieve emergency companies when wanted.
Singtel Group CEO Yuen Kuan Moon apologised on Wednesday and stated the corporate is working with Optus to make sure a “thorough investigation”.
Chatting with ABC Information Breakfast on Thursday, Ms Wells stated the problem “stays a relentless look ahead to me”.
