QUINCY (WGEM) – A brand new restaurant is opening in Quincy, and the proprietor has already seen success within the Gem Metropolis.
When Jared Tipton graduated from culinary faculty 20 years in the past, he by no means knew his craft would convey him to Quincy.
Now he’s opening his second restaurant on the Gem Metropolis’s sixth Road promenade: Atlas’ Slice.
The culinary mastermind behind 8te Open is serving up his tackle New York and Neapolitan-style pizza.
The menu will embrace all of the classics, plus some boundary-pushing pies, together with duck confit and fig jam pizza, buffalo rooster mac and cheese pizza, and one other pie topped with 600-day-aged prosciutto.
