Imprisoned Russian opposition chief Alexei Navalny has advised supporters to not lose the need to withstand, after his jail time period was prolonged to 19 years.
Mr Navalny was discovered responsible of founding and funding an extremist organisation. He denies the fees.
He was already serving a nine-year time period for parole violations, fraud and contempt of courtroom. The costs are broadly considered as politically motivated.
The trial was held in a distant penal colony, the place he has been since 2021.
The Kremlin’s most vocal critic will serve his time in a “particular regime colony”, which Russian state prosecutors had been calling for.
