In an unique interview with Newsnight, Albanian PM Edi Rama described the UK authorities’s response to Albanian migrants arriving as ‘scapegoating’ and ‘fuelling xenophobia’.
He stated regardless of House Secretary Suella Braverman’s ‘loopy’ remarks in regards to the UK being invaded by migrants, “It is not about one individual. It is in regards to the local weather that has been created, and it is about discovering scapegoats and blaming others”.
