Leaders on the Regional Africa Summit in Djibouti have given themselves 10 days to cease the battle in Sudan amid fears it might destabilise the area. Delegates from Ethiopia, South Sudan, Somalia and Kenya have been tasked with assembly the 2 combatants concerned.
