SINGAPORE: Scholarships in Singapore are among the many ground-led initiatives to assist the Palestinian folks, House Affairs Minister Ok Shanmugam stated on Thursday (Oct 9).
Mr Shanmugam was chatting with the media after assembly with three Palestinians who had been provided scholarships to review at Singapore universities under the Palestinian Scholarship Initiative (PSI).
