Lawyer Basic Pam Bondi introduced that the Justice Division is suing Maine over its refusal to adjust to a ban on transgender athletes in highschool sports activities. The lawsuit alleges that the state is violating Title IX, the federal legislation that prohibits sex-based discrimination at colleges that obtain federal support.
