The Sahel hospital in Beirut, which the Israeli army bombed on Monday, was not “a legit goal”, says Omar Nashabe, a prison justice analyst and a former human rights adviser to the Lebanese authorities. The focusing on of a hospital with civilians inside is a “struggle crime”, he instructed Al Jazeera. “It’s the jurisdiction of the Worldwide Felony Courtroom to look into these crimes and prosecute those that truly commit these crimes,” Nashabe stated.
