Ukraine says Russia has used an intercontinental ballistic missile for the primary time because the begin of the struggle.
It says the missile focused Dnipro metropolis within the central-east area of Ukraine.
In the meantime, Russia says {that a} new US defence base in northern Poland has raised the general stage of nuclear hazard.
